Set against a backdrop of hills and a pine forest, just 45 metres from the sea, Glikadi Hotel features a free form outdoor pool and poolside bar. We had a great time. The hotel is excellent for exploring the island and it's many beaches, close to town but away from crowds. You do need a car since there are no shops or restaurants in walking distance. The little beach right accros the hotel is very nice, sandy with cler water and shallow entrance, great for kids. There are sun beds and umbrellas free for the hotel guests and natural shade for most of the day.

Just 200 metres from the sandy beach of Skala Prinou in Thasos, the family-run Philoxenia Hotel lies within 150 metres from restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The staff was really kind and helpful!

Set amidst a big garden, in the area of Skala Potamias, Ariadni offers rooms with balcony and views to the green-covered surroundings. It includes a swimming pool with hot tub. The location is very beautiful, the yard is large with a playground for children, the swimming pool is very neat, everything is clean and well-kept. Emilio the manager is nice and helpful:)

Located 1 km from Thasos town, Nikoleta Luxury Villas offers charming rooms with free Wi-Fi. It has a pool with a lovely sun terrace and a seasonal pool bar. The breakfast was excellent, and the bar and area around the pool, although it was a little small for the number of guests. The beds were comfortable and our patio area with comfortable seating was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. the private car park at the rear of the property was very useful too. It was a five-minute walk to the closest beach and restaurant, with many other restaurants being a 10-minute walk, as well as the largest supermarket on the island of Thasos.
