The location is amazing, the place is tastefully decorated and the rooms spacious. There is parking on site. The view of the ancient Greek temples is breathtaking. Excellent breakfast and there is a beautiful garden with olive trees and an orange orchard to stroll. We were allowed to pick up oranges from the trees which we greatly enjoyed! Highly recommended

B&B Il Mondo Meraviglioso di Amélie ligt in het historische centrum van Agrigento, op korte loopafstand van de winkelstraat Via Atenea. Het biedt accommodatie met moderne meubels en gratis WiFi. The host was extremely nice and offered accommodations. We forgot to ask for Kosher food when we got there but the team in the place did their best to help us even though we forgot to let them know. They truly went above and beyond for us. The room was great and the location was really good as well. There is a restorante right in front of the b&b. We were there for only 1 night but I would totally recommend 2 nights to explore. There is free parking near by but it's a bit of a walk. The host told us about something closer so just ask him! Thank you guys so much for a great experience ♡

Het San Giorgio Palace is een boetiekhotel in Ragusa Ibla, op 15 km van Modica. Het biedt een panoramisch uitzicht op de Santa Domenica vallei en kamers met gratis WiFi. The staff was always available and kind. There were 2 entrances, and one took you directly to the center of Ragusa Ibla. The room was big and very confortable. The breakfast was also good, and we slept very well during the night.

Villa Athena is een modern 5-sterrenhotel in de Vallei van de Tempels van Agrigento, een vallei die op de werelderfgoedlijst van de UNESCO staat. The view was just breathtaking as well as the hotel itself. It is right next to the archeological park and everything was just like taken out of a dream. The staff was amazing and available at any time. If you can, choose the rooms with a view of the temples as you won't regret it, if you don't you might. Also, breakfast at the hotel was outstanding.

Top locatie “sweet spot” voor een bezoek aan Siracusa. Heerlijk rooftop ontbijt. Zeer zorg en behulpzame eigenaren.

Villa Trigona ligt op het prachtige platteland op minder dan 1 km van Piazza Armerina. Beautiful villa and garden, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Make sure you reserve dinner! Very close to Villa Romana del Casale and Piazza Armerina.

Terrazzani Suite biedt huisdiervriendelijke accommodatie met gratis WiFi en een terras in het centrum van Comiso, 280 meter van het Piazza Fonte Diana en op 11 km van Ragusa. It was really a surprise to find last minute, in a small town, a big and beautifully decorated B&B and room in a beautiful and sophisticated, classy style. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in in a month of traveling and staying in all types of accommodation from airbnbs to 4 and 5 star hotels. The bathroom was huge as was the shower - which my husband loved, since he usually has to squeeze into the typical tiny ones found throughout Italy. Breakfast was brought to your room. Hot cappuccino (our preference but you have choices), warm fresh assorted baked goods, jams, fresh fruit, cereal. Best of all though, was the fact that we arrived at the bus stop and because there were no taxis Clitizia picked us up with her car because we had many and heavy suitcases. Her English was very good and she was so very happy to help. A young mother, she’s a busy lady but took the time to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met. FYI, Comiso is a great spot to stop if you are visiting some vineyards and don’t have a car. You can access taxis and guides to take you to vineyards that are very close by and get transport in and out via regional train and bus. Though it was only one night, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
