The 4-star Octant Furnas is located in São Miguel Island, in Vale das Furnas, site of the largest concentration of thermal waters in Europe. personal and cozy hotel where every detail was well thought out. Fantastic breakfast and excellent dinner restaurant. The thermal bath receives a high rating. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice.

Santa Bárbara Eco-Beach Resort is located in Ribeira Grande, north coast of São Miguel Island. Everything was made for our maximum relaxation. The rooms were perfect, the staff was friendly, breakfast was exceptional.

Right next to Sete Cidades Lagoon, in the São Miguel Island of Azores, the Sete Cidades Lake Lodge features wooden bungalows with a unique architecture. Free WiFi access is available. In the middle of nature, very quiet. The house is very cosy (there is a fireplace) and clean and the host very kind.

On the morning of my check-out, I was the only guest at the Quinta. However, the breakfast was as big and as vast as I had seen in the photos, I got to try a bit of everything and it was all delicious (the Azorean cheeses are very tasty). Even though I had a late check-in, the front desk staff was very friendly and, on my check-out day, they allowed me to use to use the common areas up until I had to go to the airport for my flight.

Located in a small bay of the Azorean island of Pico, the design Pocinhobay offers individually decorated rooms facing Faial Island. It is located a 10-minute drive from Madalena village. We stayed in one the villas. It was extremely private and there was so much attention to detail. The gardens are lovely. The outdoor shower was my favorite.

Pico do Refúgio - Casas de Campo combines a natural setting with history, art, and sea views. We loved staying at Pico do Refugio. The staff is great, the apartment is lovely and very nicely designed. There is a common room where you can get coffee and cookies whenever you like and a pool with salty water. We appreciated that we had basic things in our apartment like salt, pepper, olive oil and coffee. Also, there is a laundry room. Overall, staying at Pico guarantees that you will have a relaxing holiday.

In the heart of Ponta Delgada, this hotel features a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, mountains and the city. The marina can be found 500 metres away. Great location...excellent staff. Made our first time in Ponta Delgada a great experience. Close to everything and amazing staff.
