Bamboo Garden Spa provides a range of luxury treatments and beauty therapies, and there is a library filled with thousands of ancient books. Quinta das Lágrimas has a golf driving range and a 9-hole course. Everything was perfect, very nice staff and great facilities in the hotel. The reception was warmly welcomed by Paulo who helped us a lot by checking in during the rain. Dinner at Arcadas and breakfast were great. The garden has many spots to see especially the fountains. The heated indoor swimming pool and sauna are also nice. We had such a lovely stay here.

Set in the medieval Monastery of Nossa Senhora da Esperança, this charming boutique hotel features a restaurant serving traditional dishes from the Castelo Branco district. It is located on the slopes of Esperança Mountains. This was our third trip to the Pousada at Belmont, and as usual found it a truly relaxing and beautiful place to stay, with professional and helpful staff. It was so nice to see a competent and helpful person in charge of the restaurant, same as when we last visited.

Free WiFi is provided . The location was excellent, close to all activites, restaurants and sight seeing. Our host Ana was kind, informative and helpful, and our house-keeper Carmen was so friendly, and just lovely with a beautiful smile :)
