Octant Duoro is an exceptional hotel from the truly amazing architecture and exquisite decor to the extremely attentive staff and delicious food. Lourenco was exceptionally helpful organising a wonderful excursion to the gorgeous vineyard of Quinta da Aveleda followed by a wonderful lunch at Casa da Viuva wine bar. Our time here was magical and included a magnificent boat cruise along the Duoro River.

Ylellinen Wine House Hotel sijaitsee Lamegossa Douron alueen sydämessä. Hotellia ympäröivät laajat yksityiset tilat, joissa on viinitarhoja. We had a room in the barrel and it was a great experience. The room had a direct view to the pool and winery, with a nice terece just outside the room. In the morning we could relex on the sunbeds on the terrace and listen fado music in background. The entire area was beautiful and the personal friendly offered a wine tasting and a tour.

The place is fantastic, better than we expected! Great staff and warm welcoming, they service us their homemade excellent port when we arrived. The room is very spacious and charming with elegant antique furnitures, great atmosphere! The dinner was amazing! Great food and wine, they were very kind to serve us with another pre-drink of port, lots of great red wine during the dinner and with a 40years port after dinner. Breakfast is also nice and fresh! Situated in a former 18th-century wine estate, this luxury hotel overlooks vineyards and the Douro Valley. It is highly recommended place to stay. The view..fabulous. The restaurant..exquisite cuisine. Location..excellent.

Located within 1.8 km of Douro Museum and 15 km of Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary, Casa de São Domingos offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Peso da Régua. Nice place with friendly staff that were very helpful. Great view and perfect place to relax.

Offering an outdoor pool surrounded by vineyards and a lush garden area, Casa da Azenha is located in Lamego. Free WiFi access is available in this farm stay. We stayed 3 days at Casa da Azenha. The family suite was clean, spacious and well decorated. The garden and facilities are well maintained by the helpful and caring staff. The staff helped us make restaurant reservations and provided useful tips for places to visit. Recommended for short as well as long stays.

Casa do Romezal is a typical Douro Valley house, surrounded by vineyards and providing stunning views over the surroundings. Margarida has been a wonderful host. The spot is really peaceful with a beautiful view and nice sunsets. Breakfasts were also excellent. We booked a room (not a bungalow) - perfect for a couple getaway. Say hi to Amarillo the cat for me!
