Even in bad weather you can still relax with a view of the sea :) Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Parking at the hotel. The location is also good for trips to nearby levadas by car. We also ordered a massage (standard quality) and ate at a Japanese restaurant (longer wait, but good food). Wifi without problems.

Detta designhotell är en renoverad traditionell bondgård uppe på en klippa med utsikt över Atlanten på Madeiras sydkust. Ponta do Sol har en fantastisk infinitypool och badtunna med panoramautsikt. Fabulous location & breakfast was great loads of choice staff were very helpful & friendly. Given a picnic breakfast as we were on an early flight 😊

Castanheiro Boutique Hotel ligger 500 meter från Marina do Funchal. Här erbjuds en utomhuspool och spacenter. We loved everything about this hotel! From the arrival where we were greeted with champagne to the wonderful food and bars offered within the hotel to the OUTSTANDING spa staff, we could not have had a better trip. We visited during a 3 day storm so we had plenty of time to use all of the hotel amenities and could not recommend them more. The rooms were spacious, had balconies (for those rare, clear moments) and had modern, clean bathrooms with luxurious showers. While I did not eat at the restaurant for dinner, 6 of our other friends did and absolutely raved about the food. The quality and value, coupled with excellent staff made for an amazing trip. Only a 5-minute walk from so many things to do in Old town and a 10-minute cab ride to the more commercialized, shopping area of town. We would only stay at the Castanheiro hotel again if we return.

Wine Lodges lägenheter ligger i Funchals centrum och har utsikt över lummiga Jardim Municipal. The place is enormous. 3 floors, literally. So it was an amazing suprise, it is an old building with unique atmosphere. Very very well equiped kitchen, it looked truly cosy and clean. Beds were comfortable and the views from bedrooms and terrace were stunning. And the location is great too, we walked from the building straight to the Carneval on the main Street. One of my best accomodations ever.

Golden Residence har panoramautsikt över Praia Formosa, Madeiras största klapperstensstrand och erbjuder en utomhuspool, ett hälsocenter och moderna rum med egen balkong. I spent 5 wonderful days in the hotel with 2 kids. We all liked a lot breakfasts , where we found different meal on our taste! Our appartment was really big with 2 rooms, super clean and nice with evetything needed inside! First few days it was windy, so we used to go to the inside swimming pool with jacuzzi and saunas. My kids loved this time-spending and it was very relaxed for me as well: after all day walking to swim in warm water and to get rest. The area with outside swimming pool looks much better and bigger than on the photos and it has a wonderdull views for the ocean and nature around! Very beautiful beach wit rocks is in 5 minutes walking from the hotel!

Set within tropical gardens on Madeira Island, this charming guesthouse features far-reaching sea views and 2 outdoor seawater pools, one of which is heated in winter period. Bjöd på bubbel på min födelsedag (fyllde jämna år). Frukosten hade mycket gott att välja på. Trevlig miljö. På rummet finns minibar i kyl och vattenkokare för kaffe/te.

Dazkarizeh73 ligger i Ribeira Brava på Madeira. Här erbjuds en exotisk atmosfär, en infinitypool utomhus och en bubbelpool med havsutsikt. Det finns även ett fitnesscenter och en snackbar. Beautiful oasis of a place with really well done interiors, amenities including an infinity pool and jacuzzi and a sauna. The room was wonderful 10/10
