The location is excellent, far away from overcrowded tourist places. Having a beach for yourself it's a luxury. All the staff, from the Front office to the restaurant and bar is kind, attentive, and professional. Communication/Information is 5 stars!! The quality of the food is amazing, everything we ate was tasty, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The room is very spacious with good decor and lots of light, the bed comfortable providing you with a good night's sleep The bathroom is big with a great design. The swimming pool is great !!! The park with the reindeer is amazing and nice to visit. I would just suggest having blackout curtains in the room so you can have total darkness in the early hours of the day.

The garden surrounding the hotel, is just beautiful. The hospitality of the staff is amazing, they are so attentive and caring. The room is spacious, and we loved the Moondeck with it`s privacy. It`s close to the center of Hua Hin (just a few minutes away with tuk-tuk or car). The Nightmarked is just a little walk away. The restaurant serves a delicious breakfast, and lunch/dinner as well. We would love to come back, and are highly recommanding this beautiful hotel.

Five star service. Spacious, well appointed rooms, with many extras like, robes, slippers, sandals, umbrellas, a straw beach bag, Plus the softest bed sheets ever. The room had a lovely balcony, and a great shower with plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. Housekeeping made sure our room was spotless our entire stay. Daily breakfast was included, and again,, the staff was so kind and attentive.They also provided free shuttle to other neighborhoods, but the hotel is walking distance to two amazing night markets and the beach. We enjoyed the lovely pool and chaise lounge chairs very much.The entire property is so clean and contemporary. I highly recommended this lovely hotel.

Excellent hotel right at the entry of Hua Hin. About 15 min walk from the night market with lots of food and souvenir options, and easy to get a cab around if you don’t drive. We had a pool access room and it was fantastic. Room is very clean and spacious, the service is really lovely and helpful - the lovely ladies at the reception assisted us with ordering taxies and the gentleman helped with our luggage. Breakfast has all the staples, as well as the lunch - there is also 7/11 around the corner for snacks. We were celebration our anniversary and loved a little towel art set up for our arrival, team was also really helpful with arranging us a cab from our hotel in Bangkok.

This hotel was so nice and so comfortable. The room looked like it had been freshly painted, and everything was so new and modern in it. The room was really spacious, and the decoration of the room and bathroom was great. The tv in the room worked with lots of channels, and the aircon worked really well. The staff were pleasant too.
