This is honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff is very friendly, we were warmly welcomed. They show you around, explain about everything, a very personal approach. They are happy to assist with anything. It's possible to book boat tours, hammam, taxi's through the hotel. We required laundry service during our stay and it was not a problem. The breakfast is excellent, very tasty. There's tea and coffee available for free during the day. We loved the tea time between 5 and 6 pm where they offer a snack and tea or coffee. There's a beautiful pool with great view on the bay. The view from the lobby/breakfast area is great as well. There's a small beach nearby, it's a 5 minute walk. The room was very comfortable and cozy. We really loved the bathroom, where the wall was part of the mountain. It's in a quiet area of Alanya, but everything is nearby. Thank you for the great experience, we'll definitely visit again when we are in Alanya!

We received really good emotions and had a pleasant rest. I liked the location in the bay and what was important for me - close to the sea. Very fast check-in. We got a nice room with a sea view and with a big bathroom, that was very comfortable with a child. The staff was very friendly, big thanks to the animation team for so positive atmosphere, thanks to Serhat for taking care of us every day and helping with lot of things, thanks to girls Emi and Fifi who were so kind to my little son. And a girl Kateryna from Guest Relation was always smiling and ready to help. Yummy and various food in the main restaurant and snack bar as vell, every day was fresh fish, fruits, a lot of sweets. The sea is very clean and even enough warm as for this time of the year, small pebbles so we didn't use the special shoes. For my baby it was his first time at the sea, and I'm glad he was happy and enjoyed this vacation. I'll be glad to come back with the rest members of my family as well.
