Basic but functional room. A little spartan but all you need is there, without any frills. Cleanliness. Good value for money. Good Turkish breakfast.

Located only a few steps from Iznik Lake, Zeytin Bahcesi Hotel offers a lake-view restaurant. Surrounded by a green garden, the hotel has rooms with modern amenities. A very good hotel with helpful staff especially Yunus at the reception and Mr Ozkan the manager of the hotel. We were upgrated to a better room than the one we paid for. The room was spacious, clean with all the amenities with a balcony to enjoy the view to the lake. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. There was parking infront of the hotel which was very convenient. The pool was clean with enough sunbeds for everyone.
