It is in the centre of Alnwick with parking available. The dining room from the sister ship of Titanic is wonderful. A great breakfast too.

Alnwick Castle - and Gardens - and both very impressive and the castles interiors are amazing. It is close to the wonderful Northumberland coast which, although it can be a little cold, on the fine days which we had were brilliant, especially around Bamburgh and Dunstanburgh Castles and up to Lindisfarne/Holy Island as well as the Farne Islands. There were major roadworks in the town centre of Alnwick when we visited but think these will complete in next few days. We did not visit Alnwick itself, just drove through.

Alnwick is a good place to visit and is an ideal base for exploring the area.
There are a number of good restaurants and cafes.
Alnwick Castle is worth a visit, but don’t bother with Alnwick Gardens as they are small and over priced.

This was our first visit to Alnwick and we've fallen in love! There were so many intriguing and characterful shops to explore and we were spoilt for choice for lovely places to eat. We would whole heartedly recommend eating a SherKhan - some of the best curry we've ever had - and also The Adam and Eve.
Dirty Bottles is a fab venue, great for a drink but would skip the very averge food next time.

Alnwick is the perfect place to base yourself when exploring the many castles , fishing towns and ancient relics of Britain found in Northumbria and the Borders
Alnwick itself caters for almost every sort of special
Interest with the castle itself and its gardens being the crown in the jewel .
Plenty of outdoor activities , historical places to visit , one of the countrys best bookshop and restaurants and pubs for all tastes .
One of the best towns in the UK by far .

The castle and gardens were closed but we have been in them before and so we were not disappointed. A walk along the river at the back of the castle is very nice and a good test of your waterproofs and footwear. Hulne park has good walks. Alnwick is a beautiful town. Berwick and Morpeth nearby, complement the area.

Alnwick is an excellent centre for visiting many locations in Northumberland, with lots of scenic coastline and castles on your doorstep. There are plenty of excellent places to eat however if you are going to stay over a weekend I would recommend booking a table in advance as they all get very busy. If you want to book the treetop restaurant book months on advance to avoid disappointment. Alnwick castle and gardens are a must if you have never visited before.
The house is in a beautiful location. There are many walks that you can do in Ingram or nearby. The landscape and wildlife are amazing. The house is a beautiful old house with character. The hosts are very nice and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. For breakfast, we had a freshly cooked English breakfast, toasts, fruits and yogurt. It was very nice. We felt very safe as the hosts adhere to the Covid regulations. We would be happy to stay there again.
Lovely spacious flat, quirky interesting decore which we loved, well equipped and very homely plus pool table and games a great addition. Fantastic location lots of cafes restaurants literally on the door stop, did a bit of Xmas shopping in the gift shops, castle 5 mins walk, lovely wild unspoilt beaches nearby. So much better value than the hotels. Thanks for the chocolates too much appreciated after a very long drive from London.
Everything! staff were helpful, room was very clean and the property was done to a high standard. Amazing looking building. Easy to park the car close by with free parking. Was closed for maintenance however, right next door to the entrance to Alnwick castle.
Will definitely be back at some point and would 100% recommend everyone else to give this hotel a shot.
thanks guys
Amazing very friendly staff. 10 mins from alnwick town and then your in beautiful countryside. Very friendly cows near by. Great room. Spacious everything I needed for travelling alone. Felt really safe. Booked up again for August. Think it will be my go to place to stay. Easy access to everywhere on foot or by bus. 10 stars review. Thank you. 🌹 Anne 🌹
Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Room was nice, quite small and a bit hot but clean and comfortable. Perfect spot to get to Alnwick Castle and the Gardens as well. The famous Barter Books is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Food was very nice and again the staff were really attentive.
Great boutique hotel in the heart of Alnwick. Beautifully decorated. Exceptional staff - always friendly and willing to help. The bistro restaurant on site is excellent too. Breakfasts are delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly book again when in the area.
Friendly accommodating staff, very comfortable beds with fresh and clean bedding. Great value for money to stay and a lovely breakfast, we took a small portion but it was more than enough, a good variety of cereal, juice, tea/coffee, toast, butter/margarine and jam.
LOVELY PLACE TO STAY! Wonderful friendly staff, great breakfast, lovely room, close to amenities - could not ask for more! We were attending for a weddign and staff very accomodating to add an extra night. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would VERY MUCH recommend.
Comfortable room. Good bathroom.
Tea , coffee biscuits renewed each dayy
Room clean and well equipped.
Good breakfast, plenty of choice.
Excellent position for alnwick castle and garden; great centre for Northumberland attractions.
friendly staff, very nice rooms (loved the colour of the walls and the "medieval style" poster of Northumberland) with view of the castle, and great location as at just short walking distance from every main attraction of the city
Welcome pack provided cereals & more which was most appreciated. Location was ideal as only short walk into town & to Alnwick castle. Local area & beaches short drive away. There was nothing to dislike
Very comfortable place to stay and close to shops in Alnwick as well as the castle and grounds.
The owners were very pleasant and always helpful.
Good breakfast cooked to order.

An incredibly charming, well maintained property! Perfect location for a walk along a tree-lined street. Easy access to the castle and downtown Alnwick.
