I arrived earlier than expected and the staff allowed me to check my baggage in. The staff were great, funny, accommodating and very chatty and up for a bit of banter and a laugh. Will definitely use this place again. Couldn't fault it at all 👍💯

The architecture inside the Hall was stunning.
The architecture inside the Hall was stunning. We were able to walk around and admire it all due to there not being a function on.
We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and for breakfast.
We had an overnight stay and enjoyed using the leisure facilities which were top class.

Family live in area and transport links fantastic.
Family live in area and transport links fantastic. Town centre is ok in parts, and outskirts rural Cheshire. Liverpool, Manchester and Alton Towers all easily accessible by car or train and trains to Lake District, Scotland and north wales
The staff service, they were very polite, outdoor seating area, no smoking signs in place, allocated smoking area for smokers, comfortable bed, and wooden flooring, which helps with myself suffering from allergies. Tv with instructions on information about the hotel. And comfortable chairs in hotel room and in the bar and restaurant. Easy access for everyone, a choice of 2 seats in a room, black out curtains to help keep the sunshine out on a hot day, white nets to prevent bugs entering the room. A safety hair dryer.
The room was large and well appointed, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean with a good shower. Breakfast was good quality, and though it was rather limited in scope (variations of full English), I was offered a mushroom omelette which was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pub was pleasant and lively. Plenty of free parking, and a bus stop outside for Newcastle one way and Nantwich the other.
The hotel was Gorgeously decorated in the lobby as well as the Room. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the size and space of Both the room and the Bathroom. We especially liked the wee light they had in the bathroom that was a soft blue so that if you had to get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you didn't have to blind yourself by turning on the large overhead light.
We stayed at this hotel as it was a midway point on our route.
The rooms were basic but very large, clean and comfortable.
We were too late for an evening meal and after seeing the menu we were gutted, it looked amazing.
Breakfast was delicious in the morning.
We had our dog with us which they did didn't change extra for and allowed her to join us for breakfast in the morning.
Good comfortable bedding, good facilities in regard to the shower, kitchenette in the room, and the shared kitchen facilities. Close to the town centre, and retail park which was great for food/toiletry shopping needs. Good quality wifi, was able to game whilst there with only occasional hiccups which for a shared house wifi is really amazing :)
The hosts of this stay were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless and a complimentary bottle of water was provided upon entry to your room. The shower and bathroom were also incredibly clean. I would absolutely encourage any person travelling to Crewe to book a room at this residence.
Large room with air conditioning at the right hand side of the hotel. Unlike those on the left side, who's a/c was not working.
The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to rthe train station and the centre of Crewe
Decent breakfast in the morning, which was a plus.
The hotel is a traditional one in an old building with character. Being right next to Crewe Sation was very handy for excursions by train. There appeared to be a shortage of staff but those on duty did their utmost to please especially the lady manning the reception desk.
Such a lovely house, we loved the design inside and the space of the kitchen and bedrooms. Very easy to checkin, and great comms from the hosts. Plenty of free parking on the street, and very close to the town centre
Hotel is amazing, what an interesting place to stay. We had an upgrade on arrival, which was lovely, never been upgraded before 😊 leisure facilities are good, very relaxing, breakfast was lovely.
It was a last minute decision to stay travel up to Crewe. The hotel didn’t disappoint, good value, friendly staff, clean and one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve had in awhile.
Simple for what I needed (a bed) after an evening event. Didn't use any facilities outside the room so cannot comment on the shared kitchen area etc. Clean and relatively cheap.
Room was very big and clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Bathroom was clean with a nice shower.
Overall, this hotel is very good value considering how cheap it is.
