Breakfast buffet was excellent and a high quality everyday. All the staff are super friendly and really helpful, very knowledgeable on the area and can help with local taxis, tours etc. Went out of their way to offer us two different rooms to choose from on arrival. Was fun that we could all share a room as friends in 3 separate beds.

The staff are so helpful - and the view is amazing. You won't find a cleaner room or a more comfortable bed. It's our third time staying and we will be back. Breakfast was great - ignore the comments about wasps...we saw more wasps on Antesamo Beach.

Location is fabulous. Located in a quintessential Greek village, there is a square which boasts a bakery/cafe, a good restaurant and a church. There's a taverna on the beach, which is a couple of minutes walk from apartment. Also, it's a nice walk along the seafront to Sami, the closest town. Decently equipped kitchen. Excellent balcony. Comfortable bed and amazing hot shower!

We felt very comfortable there. The rooms were boutique, the pool looked beautiful, although we never got round to using it. The balcony was very big and comfortable.

The traditionally built Iliactides Villas are just 500 metres from Sami Beach. They offer fully equipped accommodation with free Wi-Fi.

The villia was just right for our family 2 adults and 2 children. The Villia was situated in a good location, which was close to the sea and local restaurants. Vito squared and kokopa were great. Vicky, who looked after the villia, was very friendly and helpful. Her beautiful dog was also great company. Lucy liked to say hello. Kids loved that. It was clean and was cleaned a number of times during our stay. The facilities were to a good standard. We even had a new oven fitted whilst their. The pool is not massive, but it did the job. And if you want to use a bigger pool, go to one of the hotels at the sea front. If you play for food/drink, they will allow you to use their facilities . I would recommend and would return

My recent stay at the apartment was such a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the apartment's cleanliness and modern decor, the space was thoughtfully designed and the sea view was amazing! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for me to prepare meals during my stay. The location couldn't have been better – just steps away from the sea. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made me feel welcome.

We only stayed at Mary's for 1 night but we would have been very happy to stay longer. The room was very large with everything you could need - even an air fryer! It's about 5 mins walk from the harbour with loads of bars and tavernas. Thoroughly recommended.
