Preveza is a cute little harbour town, its proximity to Nicopolis was the main reason for our stay. It is also great for trips in the island of leukada and also relatively close to the beautiful nature and mountains of Epirus. Easy and convenient airport and Preveza offered a very relaxed atmosphere in the old town area. Many good restaurants including some like Saitan Palazar with live Greek music on certain evenings. Taverna Mythos was delightfully friendly and good value for money. Dioni Boutique Hotel was excellent and in an enviable position. Easy access by 6 euro taxi to the Ktel bus station for 7 euro bus to Parga or 1 euro 60c easy bus back to airport. We shall certainly use this gateway to Greece again.

We ADORED Preveza! One of our favourite places we have ever been. It felt totally authentic, non-touristy, there was such a buzz everywhere & everything we ate was incredible. Small town which is not packed with tourists luckily. The beaches are amazing -Alonaki is my favourit-, the architecture is amazing, the food is extremel delicious in every single restaurant (Opaka was our favourit)! The people are generally kind and try their best to help when needed. The food prices are low. Perfect place to roam around on a bike, there are no real distances, perfect for photoshoots and to enjoy your summer to the fullest.AndreaHungary

It's surrounded by Orange trees and Olive groves, and all we could hear were birds. Big swimming pool and super comfortable bed! The whole place was impeccably clean. The room had a large balcony which got all the afternoon sun. We loved our stay. It's a short drive to Preveza or nearby beaches but it's easy to rent a scooter/car, and taxi's are cheap. The hotel itself is spotless, the rooms are fabulous and the bed is without doubt, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The pool, while small, is a lovely treat after a day walking around in the heat and the sunbeds are very very comfortable. The flat is located in a nice and quiet area a short walk away from a larger supermarket and a bus terminal from where several near or far away cities in Greece can be reached. The evenings can be enjoyed at the large terasse which is together with the garden around the house also a good place for playing children.

The area has some nice restaurants nearby as well as a nice beach and feels like you're in the countryside.
