Really great location next to the beach looking west so great sunsets, lovely grounds, nice pools, loads of free parking, short walk to small town centre, 10 mins from airport. Good choices at breakfast. Helpful staff, decent bar prices, room nice if a little bit small. Wasn’t full as beginning of season, lots of families. Dubrovnik about 30 mins by bus (€4) every 30 min or 40 mins by boat (€15) - boat probably higher in peak season.
Situated only 500 metres from the centre of Cavtat and 600 metres the sea, the family-owned Villa Adria is beautifully set amidst quiet and relaxing lush surroundings, offering completely furnished...

The environment is beautiful and the landlord is very nice. He will try his best to help us, even if we arrive at midnight. This place is clean and comfortable, highly recommended!

Small, pretty harbour area with lots of (expensive) restaurants and cafes. There are lots of concreted areas for sunbathing but the only real beach area is round towards Epidaurus.
There is a bus into Dubrovnik (30/40 mins) or a boat that will drop you in the Old Town. Bus is significantly cheaper than the boat. Taxies have the monopoly on the 3 km trip from the airport to Cavtat so be prepared to feel ripped off. €25 one way.

The central area of the town had little attraction, The pubic conveniences
have a payment system involving a walk to a pay station and then use
of a scanner to verify payment. Sadly I could find no evidence of any scanner near the entry door. Thus someone wanting to use the facility
could have paid one euro with no result other than enhanced anguish
still unrelieved.
That said, areas away from the centre seemed much more tranquil -
with a gentle lapping of the shoreline by Adriatic waters.

cavtat was a small and friendly resort which as I was travelling alone
felt very safe to me. Many eating places along the front provided
plenty of choice for eating. The bus to Dubrovnic every hour was a bonus
and the water taxi option was also very nice. Duprovnic was lovely for a visit with many shops to browse. There were nice walks in Cavtat also and
the chance to swim in the sea if you wanted to. I have been to Cavtat
twice this year as I liked it that much.

A town made up predominantly of holiday apartments, restaurants and bars. We were there late in season, October. Imagine very busy at peak season. New marina under construction. Good selection of restaurants and bars.
A brilliant studio apartment in a superb location with wonderful views from the balcony. I have stayed at several apartments and hotels in Cavtat and this is the very best. A well equipped studio, stylishly decorated and so near the village centre but also very peaceful. A lot of Cavtat accommodation involves walking up a steep hill - Mara and Petrunjela are easily accessible. A special mention to Maro, a most generous host, who drove me to the airport. I look forward to returning and recommending these apartments to friends and family.
The apartment is clean and comfortable withe a nice view from the large balcony. It's easy to find on the main road with grocery store nearby. The host answered responded to messages very quick,y and we were able to check in early. Great to have parking on the premises. The walk down to the town is scenic; we took the short way down and the more gradual way back. Cavtat is one of our favorite places in Montenegro and Croatia; we loved the walk around the peninsula with a number of great places to swim.
The apartment was well equipped with everything you need for a short or a long stay. Marija gave us a warm welcome, ready to help us with few questions we had about getting around Dubrovnik and Cavtat on New Year's Eve. The apartment itself had a nice touch of holiday decorations so we were easily in a festive mood :)
The view of Cavtat and Dubrovnik from balcony was another plus.
All in all, we had exceptional time and wouldn't mind repeating it again in the future :)
The hotel's location is great and has made us return to Albatros several times. It is located by the sea with it's nice beach right outside the hotel. Our room seemed to have been refubished recently and was comfortable. Cavtat is a great location for a family vacation, away from the extremely busy Dubrovnik but anyway just a short drive og boat trip away. We visited the island of Lokrum, the old city og Dubrovnik and Herzeg Novi. All day trips which is easy to do.
Fantastic location, several beaches were a short walk with central Cavtat a 1/2 hour stroll for more restaurants, shops and boat trips.
The villa had most things you'd need/want for your holiday and the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular as was the the thunderstorm we had one night.
Loved exploring the area, Dubrovnik old town was great and the abandoned hotels at Kupari Bay are well worth a look (nice beach there too).
We were visiting Cavtat for a night whilst travelling around. This apartment was perfect for the night. We had a small balcony from which we could see the sea. It was basic but very clean and the host was lovely and helpful. It was only a 10 minute walk into the town but we used the number 10 bus back as quite a hill to climb. I would definitely recommend.
Lovely hotel on top of Cavtat. The staff was amazing and super welcoming. They gave us the best tips for going to see the sunset. We booked last minute so they upgraded us to a bigger family room. Breakfast was lovely as well with a large selection. The rooms were okay. A bit old school, but comfy & had everything we needed.
The best hotel in Croatia coast. Staff polite, very helpful, very nice view from rooms direct to see, not disturbing promenade, not music on beaches, very quiet. Hotel in wunderful peninsula isolated from loud city. Ideál fór relaxing stay. Two hotel beaches from both súde hotel. Reguraly free shuttle from beach to hotel.
Beautiful small apartment ideally located in Cavtat. Newish room/facilities exceeded our expectations, and the hosts were incredibly helpful. Parking was also a nice benefit. Location made for easy access to restaurants, and an easy transfer to the airport.
The proximity to the airport was so convenient. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The town of Cavtat was changing and the hotel was right in the center of all of the beauty.
As a boutique hotel, we really liked the personal attention of the hotel personnel. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They work to make sure a wonderful stay. This was the best hotel of our 3 week journey.
Lovely little boutique hotel. Fabulous location. The rooms are small but thats all you need as you arent in them very much at all.
Breakfast was really good.
Highly recommend it all .
Cavtat is a must stay in place.
Great apartment if you do not mind a safe but steep 10/15min walk down the hill to reach beaches/restaurants. Cavtat is a nice location for a mix of relax and daily trips to explore south Croatia.
Beautiful converted villa overlooking Cavtat harbour. Decor, food, service all impeccable in a small, boutique hotel that made it feel very homely and welcoming. Staff were delightful 😊
The view is absolutely stunning and it’s is only a 10 minute walk from the charming town of Cavtat where you can embark on excursions to Dubrovnik or islands in the Adriatic Sea!
I liked hotel location and surroundings - internal promenade with trees, access to the beach, cats, birds & flowers. I also enjoyed my balcony with a very nice view.
The hotel was directly in front of the water on at the end of Cavtat promenade. It was a great location. The staff helped me get a taxi to the airport.
