The property was perfectly located 10 minutes outside Innsbruck. The views were incredible waking up to each morning. The hospitality was top notch. We even got super lucky over thanksgiving and it snowed the last two nights!!

Offering garden views, Landhaus Plainer is an accommodation located in Innsbruck, 5.8 km from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and 5.8 km from Innsbruck Central Station. We couldn't have been happier with our 3-night stay in Rudi's one-bedroom apartment. The entire property looks beautiful and new, inside and out. Both the apartment itself and the common areas are immaculate. The location in Rum was perfect for us, especially given the fact that the apartment came with complimentary Innsbruck City Welcome Cards providing for free use of public transportation. With the bus stop only about a 10-minute walk away, we didn't use our car for the duration of our stay, as it was very easy to take one bus into the heart of Innsbruck's Altstadt. The cards also provided for various local discounted goods and services. Even with our teenaged son sleeping on a foldout couch in the combination living room/kitchen/dining room, the apartment felt spacious. The bedroom is very large with ample room for storage. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and everything necessary for cooking. While the toilet is in a room separate from the bathroom shower and sink, it is fitted with its own small sink for hand washing, which is a nice touch. Our son enjoyed spending time on the balcony, which offers nice views of the mountains. From the moment we arrived, Rudi proved to be the perfect host. He was extremely friendly and welcoming. He helped us with our luggage; showed us around the apartment; provided treats, a pet bed, and food/water bowls for our dog; and offered the use of the downstairs sauna. Regarding the latter, it is located in a beautiful downstairs room with a very nice shower, lounge chairs, ample towels, and has both infrared and hot-rock heat. Robes and slippers for our use were found in the bedroom closet of the apartment. Since Rudi lives in the building, we ran into him a few times while coming or going. He always greeted us with a friendly smile, inquired about how things were going, and offered to be of assistance if we needed it.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Appartement Tirolina is situated in Innsbruck, 5.2 km from Innsbruck Central Station and 5.5 km from State Museum of Tyrol - Ferdinandeum. The apartment is modern and very clean. There are many 220 volt outlets and there is one every place you might need one. The bus stop is a short walk and there are so many attractions to see with the purchase of an Innsbruck card. Anja is very nice and helpful and gave a good explanation of the apartment and how to use the public bus.
