Todo bien...amables...como estaban las habitaciones listas nos dejaron entrar antes. También nos permitieron guardar el equipaje a la salida.

The lighting, the decor, the size and comfort of the bed and the room, the quiet setting, breakfast offerings, the long serving hours cafe on site, the lounge areas in the hotel - everything of the highest standard. Also important to us was the location close to public transport, including Alonso Martinez metro station which is served by 3 metro lines giving easy access to the main tourist areas. We stayed a weekend but wished it was longer.

El NH Madrid Chamberí se encuentra en el barrio madrileño de Chamberí, a 300 metros del paseo de la Castellana y a 400 metros del Museo Sorolla. Hay WiFi gratuita en todas las instalaciones del hotel.... Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Good amount of space. There’s a mini bar cooler that I was able to fit some of my own drinks inside. The AC works very well. It was quiet for the most part. Wifi was consistent throughout the hotel and even if you stood outside. Next door to a small grocery store and a few minutes walk from places to get food, bars, and I believe a nightclub or two. Felt very safe walking around late at night. Love that after a certain time the doors to the hotel don’t automatically open and that there’s only one entrance for people to go through. The snacks and drinks in the lobby were a nice touch. It was a very good experience and I’ll be back when I’m in Madrid again.

El Leonardo Hotel Madrid City Center goza de una ubicación tranquila en el barrio madrileño de Chamberí, a 200 metros de la estación de metro San Bernardo. Very clean, excellent location that felt very safe and close to many good restaurants. Wine sold even if the restaurant is closed. Beautiful hotel. Extremely responding and nice staff. We were leaving to the airport at 7:30 am on. a Saturday and we had breakfast included and the restaurant opens until 8:00 a.m. and the staff was so kind to give us a breakfast box with good chocolate, two muffins, a very tasty sandwich, an apple, orange juice, and water. This has never happened to me not even staying at 5 star hotels. I was very impressed. very good air conditioner also
