Occupying levels 34-52, the Shangri-La Hotel The Shard, London offers 5-star luxury and breathtaking views of the capital and beyond. Location, environment, service are excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful and warmth. When I left my phone in a taxi, the staff did their best to help me find it. Special thanks to Mr. Andrei Morari, Mr. Darius and Mr. Basal. When I checked out, I found that I had left something in the safe box. The staff kept it carefully for me until I went to get back it. In a word, it was a great hotel and I will stay here again next time I am in London.

Located a 13-minute walk from London Eye, Bankside, Autograph Collection features an outside terrace, restaurant and bar. everything was great. from the check in to check out. the front desk was lovely ( i can't remember his name). there is also complimentary wine at certain time and certain days.

The Hoxton, Southwark is located by the Blackfriars Bridge in London, within walking distance from the South Bank and some of the main attractions of the city. beautiful decor - lots of plants

Awesome location right next to Tower Bridge, walking distance to London Bridge and local shopping. Small boutique style feel with super friendly and accommodating staff! we arrived really early (around 09:30am) and they still have us the room at that time which was a huge relief as we had been travelling from 4am, were exhausted and needed to freshen up. We were nervous that a room would only be available at 3pm like most hotels… we were happily surprised!

The bedroom (cabin) was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We also enjoyed an excellent breakfast. We loved our experience and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
