Well set in the Lambeth district of London, Ruby Lucy Hotel London is located 1 km from Big Ben, 1.3 km from Houses of Parliament and 1.5 km from Westminster Abbey. Everything was perfect. Staff was always nice and welcoming. Location is perfect. We always felt welcomed. Definitely book again on our next trip to London.

- London - Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment provides accommodation in London near Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12nn. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center; main attractions like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. I would like to mention the ladies from POTUS Bar & Restaurant; Jenny, Anna, and Madalena who made our breakfast even more enjoyable. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!

Located on the south side of the River Thames, 650 metres from the London Underground, Park Plaza London Riverbank has free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs. I had a problem with my room view so Natalie from guest services stepped in and upgraded my room to a suite so I can be happy, she really is a good representative because I complained to the receptionist and they requested that I paid more money for the upgrade, I initially wanted to check out but Natalie made me stay. kudos to her

Novotel London Waterloo is located in the heart of London, just a few steps from the banks of the River Thames and a short walk from the Westminster Palace. The room size was great and the location on the river was spot on to the large tv was great and the bed was soft and good pillows the bar staff made great drinks
