The location is perfect in a quiet area close to everything. We loved staying there !!

Attentive staff but not overbearing. A genuine haven a short walk from the Grand Canal and highlights of Venice. Room 11 with the corner view over a small canal was a treat and allowed a window on another world. A piece of heaven.
