If you're lucky, you will get a nice view to Mount Fuji as well! I believe this may be the second tallest building in Yokohama, and it definitely is top 30 in the entire country at 250 meters high. The staff is great, lounge is really classy and placed right in the middle of an actual observation deck (underrated though, so not crowded at all). Rooms are super spacious for Japanese standards, and of excellent build quality. Room cleaning is thorough and suited to your schedule, at least in my experience. Bed is super comfortable, and the desk is great for working a bit in your laptop if you need to edit photos or send emails.
