Featuring a restaurant and a bar, Hotel Cajú is set in Funchal, less than 1 km from Almirante Reis Beach and a 6-minute walk from Marina do Funchal. Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel, close to all places. The room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff, at the reception and restaurant, were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. We would like to special thank to a lovely girl working at the reception at night shifts and the lovely gentleman having day shifts. Sorry we don't remember their names. They both helped us to get to the most interesting places and we were very gratefull for all of their recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. The best hotel ever

Offering an outdoor pool and spa centre, Castanheiro Boutique Hotel is set in Funchal, 500 metres from Marina do Funchal. Excellent stay, stuff, spa, room, restaurant, everything was really amazing. We loved it!!

Located in the hills surrounding Funchal, this 18th-century mansion is set in extensive botanical gardens with 600 different plant species. All rooms have balconies overlooking the gardens. To say that the quality of the service provided by the staff could not be faulted would be to do an injustice to the excellent service and friendliness of all the staff, from the reception, to the bar, to the dining and the housekeeping staff. They couldn’t have been more professional helpful or nicer.

Orquidea opens out on to an extra-large roof-top terrace, overlooking Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean. Great room with super comfy beds! We also had a balcony. The hotel is located a couple of minutes away from the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Be aware that the hotel is located on a one-way, narrow street with no parking possibilities. We used the "blue" parking spots near the hotel (on top of the hill). The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had! Very diverse, 3 types of milk, a lot of fruits, and more bread types, croissants, and other cookies, and a lot more! On top of that, the view from the breakfast room is breathtaking! Do not miss this hotel if you are in Funchal!!!

We are very satisfied with our stay in FourViews Baia. Nice room, very good cleaning service, excelent breakfast, long check out, free pool, wellness, great bars etc. One of the best hotels, what I visited. Location near old town, free parking.If I come back to Madeira, I will only stay in Baia. Thanks

Everything was wonderful . Exceptional breakfast .We met there tourists staying in this hotel for many years on there trip to Madeira. Garage for the car with the place always.

Set in a historic building of central Funchal, Monte Carlo features a large elevated terrace and roof-top pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It is located only 800 metres from the Funchal Marina. I love the service! The girls on desk is lovely. One is from madeira… the others is from Colombia! Amazing service! The last guy I don’t like the style is not friendly

Great location easy to get in and out of with parking on site. Quiet street to be able to rest after long days of hiking. Nice terrace to relax with a book.
