I was assigned connecting rooms with wonderful views to the ocean. Unfortunately there was leakage in the rooms’ convenience and I was upgraded to a suite, thanks to Abdurrahman. The reception was warm with guests and the telephone posts were active and very polite. Did I tell you about the Restaurant? The waiters were top notch and the food taste was delightful. Unfortunately I am unable to remember the waiters name. Altogether, from the concierge, reception, restaurant and home keeping, all were professional in their service delivery. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you four points by Sheraton, Jeddah.
