I traveled with my family and we had some special requests - Isaac made them happen. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable during the stay. He is the best! The location is amazing. You are 2 mins away from plenty of restaurants, 5 from the Sultanahmet area, and yet it is very quite.

The location of the hotel is perfect - just a few steps from the main attractions and the tram stop. It was pleasant to find some cookies and bottles of water in the room on arrival. Free water was always provided there. Individual breakfast portions consisted of local appetisers, fried potatoes and eggs. It was tasty and a bit different every morning. When guests asked for some more coffee or a croissant, they got it. There is a small lift which is really great, especially after the whole day of walking. Our room had a magnificent view on the mosque illuminated in the evening. Besides, we could hear the evening and morning prayer - perhaps, some people would complain that they were awoken by it at 5am , but we enjoyed it. Such prayers can be heard throughout the city all the day. The staff is polite and helpful - they do their best to answer the questions. It is advisable to get a Transportation Card which can be used to pay the fees not only for any of the city's public transportation systems, including buses, metrobuses, trams, the tunnel and ferries, but also for the restrooms run by the İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality - you just need to load money onto it in cash or by credit card using the machines on the tram stops. It is really safe to walk in the city; most people speak English and are eager to help you if you ask about something. Also, there are Tourist Police who are really helpful. The queues to the museums were not long at all - maybe because it is not a high season yet.

The bed it was extremely comfortable, My room it was next to the road,but after you were closing the window, you couldn't hear absolutely anything, making the room more relaxing.
