We arrived at the hotel with exceptional welcoming. Prior to our arrival, we had low expectation and hesitance due to the hotel location being in busy and crowded area. Instead, we felt ZERO noises. Sadaf would always send out desert & hospitality to your room. She always makes sure you are having good time.I would definitely come back for my next trip.

First the location is great, in a lively neighborhood next to Sishane metro station and the tunnel station (perfect to go up to come back to the hotel after a walk on the other side of the Bosphorus) The welcome from Ali, late in the evening was amazing. He was super professional and firendly. One of the best welcome we ever had. The room was clean and spacious enough to feel good. The roof top is amazing and great for a drink or a lunch/dinner. The staff in the evening, especially Murat, were so friendly and professional too. Thank you! Thanks also to Burak who is also very friendly. We will stay again at Ruz Hotels at our next trip in Istanbul, no doubt!

Location is good within walking distance to Galata, a lot of shops nearby. The neighborhood is brand new. The apartment is modern and everyday cleaning service.

Hotell Union Hotel Port asub Istanbuli kesklinnas, 800 meetri kaugusel Taksimi metroojaamast ja 700 meetri kaugusel Taksimi väljakust. Really nice staff who were accommodating to our group from start to finish. The location was great and quite accessible.

Hotell Soul Istanbul asub Istanbulis, Istiklali tänavast 700 meetri kaugusel. Kohapeal on concierge, mittesuitsetajatele mõeldud toad, aed, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja ühine puhkeruum. I liked everything it was wonderful. The staff was really nice and super helpful and the hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The room was spacious although the bathroom was small it was perfect for 1 person. I got a room with a small balcony it was really pleasant.

Excellent location, with a short walk to tram and river and 5 min walk below Galata tower. The building and architectural features Wonderful view from the roof terrace restaurant

DORUK PALAS HOTEL asub Istanbuli kesklinnas. Kohapeal on konditsioneeriga toad, ühine puhkeruum, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja terrass. Best host ever! Muhammed is the nicest person ever, he is born to be a hotel manager, extremely helpful and generous, hospitality at its best. And the breakfast was a real PLUS! Typcial turkish dishes, with changing elements every day - beyond our expectations!
