The hotel exceeded my expectations in everything. Every member of staff I spoke with tried to help and made me feel welcome. I stained a favourite fabric shoe, and the housekeeping cleaned it within an hour free of charge. I mentioned to the manager that I might have preferred a different view, and they moved me to another room. Breakfast is nothing short of spectacular, especially with such views from the terrace. Technology in my room was state-of-the-art. Elegant and functional interiors. This is one of the few places I will try to return to. It felt really good to be staying and receiving visitors there.

If you're staying near Dubai Marina, don't miss this place! The staff even upgraded my room, which was a lovely surprise. I'll definitely stay there again. Everything was amazing - I couldn't find anything to fault. It was a truly fantastic experience.

We were allowed to check in early which was so great because we were really tired from our travels. The staffs are so friendly and helpful especially the cleaners . Location was good, room was clean, and been able to do our laundry was wonderful.
