The staff work hard to maintain a beautifully clean and cozy hostel, treating guests as family. I felt so welcome here. The place is spotless and there is a lovely view from the kitchen/dinning area of the lake. Super convenient location with a bus stop to everywhere 2 mins down the road and a local shop for water/snacks etc. it's about 10 mins walking to town. Highly recommend for a stay in beautiful bariloche. Thank you Karen, Tomas and Mario for a fantastic stay . Hasta proxima!

Although small, the kitchen has got all the necessary equipment to prepare a light meal or breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment full of light. The family room was good, the beds were very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day! The breakfast was good and the dinner pretty exceptional. The staff was very professional, helpful and very nice. As a bonus there is a small shop nearby the hotel to buy soft drinks, fruits and cookies for the kids. The view from the hotel is great but definitely not a reason to stay there. We left after 12 hours and got a new hotel. We would have left straight away but we arrived late at night. The staff were apologetic and it’s not their fault but I would highly recommend not staying there. Still waiting for a refund for our remaining nights. They didn’t even provide a fan for the hot summer night. You had to open the window and since it was on a busy street the noise kept you awake all night. You had to open the windows all the way, which on the 3rd floor becomes quite dangerous for small children. It was the worst accommodation I’ve slept in the 8 months we’ve been travelling. At this price point, I’d expect a much higher quality service. It’s far too expensive given the quality provided. Total rip off.
