The place is very spacious and done with style. There is a parking just under the apartment. The owner made us feel very welcome, and we received great advice from her about the places to go in and around the town. I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Kitzbühel.

The apartment was conveniently located to the city center, shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. Ski storage on site. ~10-15 min walk to Hahnenkammbahn gondola.

The Guesthouse is very cozy and clean to another level. As a single traveler I enjoyed it much more than staying in a hotel because it made me feel at home. The staff is incredible and super warm, welcoming & helpful! An amazing and fresh breakfast is served personally by the owners accompanied by a smile and help for any question you may have. Free parking available as well but it may be good to inform the owners prior arrival so others cars can be arranged properly. There is a 10-12min walk to the Hahnenkammbahn which was the main lift I took and a 5-7 min walk to Hornbahn (a smaller ski area). However, I loved walking before starting my day, it's a small warm up. Cleanliness, location, and service definitely exceed my expectations compared to the price I payed for 6 nights! No question I will stay here again next time I'm in Kitzbuhel!!

The Penthouse was pretty awesome with superior views over Kitzbühel and the mountains. Location was easy to find from the main road and there was a private parking place right next to the main building. Late arrival was no problem at all. The Penthouse had 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with a wc, a smaller 1 wc, and a very spacious living area. In addition, it had 2 balconies providing excellent views to the mountains (check the attached pics). The Penthouse was also well-equipped with e.g. working fireplace, nice kitchen with a wine cabinet, Bang & Olufsen Audio System, large TVs in all main rooms, wifi etc... Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hence, it is easy to recommend this place and the Penthouse.

Upon arrival to the apartment we had a moment of crisis. I had to open booking and show my girlfriend that the apartment was fully booked and we couldn't extend our stay beyond the 2 nights we had reserved. This is one of the most beautiful apartments I have stayed in. The Villa is situated in central Kitzbuhel. The views are incredible. There is a tiny little stream right next to the bedroom which makes the entire experience magical. I believe that the villa was recently updated so everything is really nice inside. The pictures don't do the place justice. When we arrived it started raining, and it was still an incredible stay for us. I can only imagine how it must be during the winter season with a lot of snow. The price was really great for Austria during the peak summer season. Much better than what you can get in the large cities. Villa Anna is a really special place and Carrie is a wonderful host. She answered all my questions regarding Kitzbuhel. I hope to be back for longer!
