Very delicate interior decorations, most friendly staff, clean and nice room, fantastic breakfast, free coffee/tea the day through, very cosy patio. Especially Noelia at the reception was so helpful and gave us many tips, we could use. Parking just under the hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The added touch of letting us choose a preferred scent to be sprayed in our room was a nice and elegant touch upon check-in. Our room (Neroli Suite) was beautifully appointed and very spacious. It's probably one of the largest we've encountered in any stay we've had in Europe. Location was wonderful and very walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again when in Granada again!

Julia is helpful in every aspect. She knows a lot about Granada, speaks English very well and also gave me info about nice places to visit in Andalusia. She encouraged me to improve my Spanish! We had interesting conversations and I learned a lot about Spain. All in all it was a unique and very special experience. The place itself is a little gem, super clean, located at the borders of Albaicin. You can reach all places of interest by foot. For me it was 10/10. thank you, Julia!
