Great communication from the host/owner of the apartment. Really clear how to obtain access and the host was very flexible with arrival timings when our flight time was changed by the airline at late notice. On arrival met by the host and given the keys and access instructions for the development. Apartment was absolutely spotless on arrival and was very comfortable. Importantly everything worked from lights to kitchen appliances. The TV and internet facilities all worked well too. Furnishings and tables/chairs are all in good condition and there is plenty of space outside on the two terraces available outside. The upstairs bedroom has air conditioning and is especially nice and very spacious with a large ensuite. The beds in both rooms are very comfortable. Overall this apartment really felt like it was someone's home which has been cared for and not a typical 'holiday rental, bare essentials' type of property. I would highly recommend this apartment without hesitation and many thanks to the owners for such a great stay.

The view over the beach is great. We have seen wonderful sunsets from the 12th floor. Joanna is a great hoast, the apartment, even though is not very big, is well equipped, the bed is very comfy, you have everything you need if you want to cook, the bathroom is nice and clean. We stayed 6 nights there and if we come back to the south of Tenerife, we will chose this apartment again. The apartment meets the expectations from the pictures and description, nothing misleading. Nice hosting manager Finke allowed us to check-in earlier. Great location, just across the road was a big shopping mall with very good supermarket. Some very nice ocean sites and beaches are very close within 10 minutes by foot. Absolutely new and spacious bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with the great choice of seafood in supermarket nearby is a chance for those who likes to cook.
