Hands down the best placed we’ve stayed in San Sebastián for that price. you cannot beat it! James was super during check in. He spoke perfect English was super efficient and very kind. just what we needed after a long drive. Hotel is well designed and brand new. everything was spot on!! This will be the only place we recommend to peeps from now on.

Beautiful Hotel, exquisite decor, very modern. Whole experience was wonderful, bit of luxury for 4 nights! Such a quiet location, room very quiet, our room was next to the lift which thought might be noisy but never heard it!! Best comfortable bed ever, and best shower EVER!! All staff from reception to the cleaners very friendly and courteous! Annie met us on arrival, very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and gave many suggestions. Manuel a sweetie at breakfast serving :) All photos on Booking.com are a true reflection.

Great location, friendly staff and amazing breakfast! The hotel was super clean and centrally located, close the the beach and the old town. We walked everywhere. Our room was lovely with a terrace, the bathroom was very modern and the shower was amazing!

This was the second time we have stayed here on our way from Paris to Lisbon by car, and once again it proved to be an excellent small hotel. Conveniently located to shops, the beach, and the old town, close to parking (though we opted for the convenient valet parking). What really impresses you though is when you enter the hotel. A cosy fire burning chimney in the lobby with comfortable sofas and relaxed check in with very friendly and professional staff over a beautiful designer table. The hotel is beautifully designed, with good taste, with details that have been thought out. Its not cluttered and feels warm. Room is another design beauty. Again, not cluttered but very comfortable. Quiet area at night. The condition of the hotel is impeccable. I only wish we had more of these hotels around Spain to visit. The other reviews seem to match mine. We did not use the restaurant/bar which is frequented by classy locals with its own street entrance, but heard that it was good. Highly recommended.

Telmo at the front desk was exceptional. His care and support laid the foundation for our stay. We were visiting San Sebastian for the first time and our first experience at the property provided a glimpse of what San Sebastian would be. Amazing and simply the warmth!! The property felt very cosy and intimate. The location is 15-20 minutes ' walk to the beach and 3 minutes away from the closest bus stop. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Nice terrace and patio area to sit outside.

Location on the mountain with a sea view, the staff are helpful and polite which makes me highly recommend this two star hotel. There is no kitchenette or even a kettle in the room but the receptionists would love to help with a smile on their faces. They also provided key information (where to go, what to do, events, planning your trip, etc.) thanks Alena and Inaki
