Excellent hotel. The staff at the reception very kind and helpful gave us useful instructions. The rooms are modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast covers all requirements with a variety of food. Easy access to the city center. There is a bus stop a few meters from the hotel with the last route from the city center at 23.00. Transportation by taxi costs 15-20 euros. There are usually parking spaces outside the hotel.

The staff were incredible. I accidently forgot my passport in the safe. They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

The staff was so nice and welcoming! I loved this side of San Sebastian, not too crowded, young and alive. Room was clean and bed super comfortable.

such a cool little hotel, the room are really nice and comfortable and the staff are super friendly. The outside pool is really nice. The big plus for us was the 24/7 coffee and tee station.
