Beautiful Hotel, exquisite decor, very modern. Whole experience was wonderful, bit of luxury for 4 nights! Such a quiet location, room very quiet, our room was next to the lift which thought might be noisy but never heard it!! Best comfortable bed ever, and best shower EVER!! All staff from reception to the cleaners very friendly and courteous! Annie met us on arrival, very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and gave many suggestions. Manuel a sweetie at breakfast serving :) All photos on Booking.com are a true reflection.

It is one of these experiences where all comes together perfectly well. Very nice contemporary relaxing design paired with very friendly and attentive staff. Add on that the charming city of San Sebastian. Very good value for money. Hotel has also Valet Parking. We are planning to return as soon as possible.

Telmo at the front desk was exceptional. His care and support laid the foundation for our stay. We were visiting San Sebastian for the first time and our first experience at the property provided a glimpse of what San Sebastian would be. Amazing and simply the warmth!! The property felt very cosy and intimate. The location is 15-20 minutes ' walk to the beach and 3 minutes away from the closest bus stop. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Nice terrace and patio area to sit outside.

situated outside of San Sebastián, nestled in the forest. The setting is beautiful but transportation is required to the old town area. The walk down takes about 1 hour. it would be a steep climb on the way back.

Location on the mountain with a sea view, the staff are helpful and polite which makes me highly recommend this two star hotel. There is no kitchenette or even a kettle in the room but the receptionists would love to help with a smile on their faces.
