A really nice, atmospheric hotel with quiet, spacious rooms. Beforehand we considered staying in a more expensive hotel in Vilaflor, but we were glad we did not, because this place was perfect. We also appreciated the smooth communication with the host (and the early check-in). Dinner in the hotel was very good, and not pricey at all – it is even a better deal if you book it together with the room.

We (9 Belgian 60+) stayed for 5 nights in Casa Tajinaste. Catalina is a very kind and helpful host, Vilaflor is a quite place in the centre of Tenerife, not too much affected by tourism, excellent to visit the rest of the island, and it has some good restaurants in the neighbourhood. And the house itself is great, it combines modern luxury with medieval style. Each of the 6 double rooms has its own bathroom. Thus: absolutely recommended (unless you prefer Playa de Americas, Ibiza, etc.).

Nice friendly hosts who met us upon arrival and showed us around. Lovely traditional Canarian property with authentic features. Clean and comfortable, we particularly enjoyed the log fire! Right in the centre of town where there are some really good restaurants including the one next door. A good base for hiking/sightseeing locally and in Teide National Park.

Charming little house in the small rural settlement, fully equipped for longer stay. Whole house with its outdoor premises - including little courtyard, parking place and especially the swimming pool - is for guest's and only guest's disposal. With no one else to disturb your stay since whole area is closed behind the gate. Amazing. Sonia, the owner, is so friendly and helpful, we were really glad we could've stayed in her casa. Thank you.

A great out of the way location, property owners are really nice & helpful. Internet speed is around 500MB, so, very good. Old oil drum BBQ was great. There is hot water on demand available via Calor gas, with a spare bottle if you run out!

the property is located in a quiet street where you can always find car parking. it’s on a middle floor and the neighbours are nice and friendly. it has everything you need for your stay - very comfortable beds, great hot shower with plenty of water and the place is very clean. like a home from home.

Perfect finca on a perfect place if you want to enjoy the Teide National Park. The house is huge and equipped with everything you need, the pool and the pool area are lovely. We used the barbecue a lot. Sergi and Felix were very friendly and helpful.

The villa is situated away from the main tourist area which we prefer, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and toiletries etc are provided enabling you to pack lighter. The pool is lovely and cleaned regulary. Keyla is a great host with nothing being too much trouble. A car is essential as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. We stayed for three weeks and had a great time.
