There is a shuttle bus that stops right outside the hotel if you don’t/can’t walk. The family room was a perfect size. I liked that there was a sofa bed rather than bunks for the children. Lovely and clean and room was made up each day (rare since Covid in most hotels!). What stands out here though are the staff - they were all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Ample of parking space. 6. On the day of arrival rooms were perfectly clean and tidy.

We stayed here the first night of our arrival in Lakedistrict and made a beautiful walk along the lake, played in the stream and climbed trees just in front of the hotel. Excellent facilities, lovely atmosphere and staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. Very clean, quiet at night, great location for the lakes, minutes away from most places. We had loads of fun in the games room - pool, ping pong, table football (and not an ipad or technology in sight and the kids loved it). Would definetely return!
