Great location. Lovely staff. Appreciate the bath in (I think) every room. Means a lot that the staff were super child-friendly in the front of house areas!

Location was good. Lady serving breakfast was very friendly & a credit to the establishment. No owner present when we booked in so were sent a code. That's where the good points end though - room was poorest I've stayed in with Booking.com due to its unbelievably tiny size & childsize twin beds, which are not reflected in the advert which describes room 8 as Standard, not Small & shows artistic colourful photos for the rooms.

Location is beautiful.Easy car parking. Perfect countryside hideaway whilst also being so close to the town centre. Beds super comfy. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals and bathroom is basic but does the job. Lovely stay with my family. Friendly cat had breakfast with us which my kids loved. Loved the cottagey vibes of the place, would stay again!

So many things to like! Beautiful house in a beautiful setting, wonderful hosts, and am everything you could possibly need for small children. Cot, baby bath, step for the kids to reach the sink, stairgates! And so many toys, our toddler didn’t want to leave (nor did we!). And the house itself so well equipped. Also a short drive from Hartley farm shop and lots of lovely local walks and pubs. Would heartily recommend and would atay here again in a heartbeat.

The location was superb. A very short walk to the city centre, but removed enough to still be quiet. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, even though we had to request a late check-in. The space is very family friendly. We travelled with two children and the room was perfect for our needs.

Great family room with a double bed and two singles suited our family of 4. Its above a food pub but the pub shuts at 10 and although very central its a quiet side street so no worries for families wanting to get kids asleep. Well worth eating in the pub as the food was delicious. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We will come back to Bath again and we will stay here again.
