Jackie was an incredible host. Nothing was too much, and to go into the heating on ready for us was amazing, especially considering it was only 2 degrees outside. The beds were comfy, and it just felt like we were at home. Would 100% recommend it to anyone. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of Cowes with nothing more than a stones throw away.

The hotel is well situated overlooking the Solent and its spectacular sunsets. The garden terrace area overlooking the Solent has been expanded since I was last there and is now almost tripled in size. The food menu has also been expanded and is good value for money.

Very clean with all facilities for cooking a family meal. Great sun trap of a garden . Cowes is about 20 minutes walk along the Solent watching the cruise ships go by. Parking is private and not on road, wi Fi was good ( have a teenager so was important!) The Isle of Wight is totally worth the ferry trip over, so much to do over a week!

Just 3-4 minutes walk to a pebbles and sand beach with fossils, it is quite far from the town so most of the time we had the beach just for us. The cottage was clean and well-equipped, we had everything we needed. Nigel was very friendly, let my children feed the cows and showed us the farm. Short drives into Cowes, Yarmouth, Sandown and other seaside towns with beaches, dinosaur museums etc. We shall come back.VictorFamily with young children

Host (Jenny) was very good and kept us informed and also allowed us extra time - my son was not feeling well.. thank you! Property had dvds and board games nice touch. Overall we like this property.
