Set in Falmouth and only 500 metres from Falmouth - Gyllyngvase, Highcliffe offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This recently renovated guest house is located 37 km from St Michael's Mount and 39 km from Lizard Lighthouse & Heritage Centre. The accommodation features a housekeeping service and private check-in and check-out for guests.

We stayed in Falmouth for two nights as part of a little road trip through Cornwall. Highcliffe was the perfect place to stay! Its elevated location over the town offered gorgeous views of the harbor, yet it was only a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The rooms and bathrooms were well appointed and stylish, as were the lounge spaces downstairs. The restaurant in town is also excellent, we had both breakfast and dinner there, as the location right on the harbour is unbeatable. Very few lodgings in Falmouth offer parking, so this was another plus for us. They also offer an easy self check in process, which is helpful if you plan to arrive in the evening. We would definitely stay at Highcliffe again and will recommend it to friends visiting Cornwall.

The apartment was lovely. It was clean, warm and very well furnished and equipped. The off road allocated parking was very useful and the walk into Falmouth town centre was quick and easy. It is a bit of a walk up a hill to get back to the accommodation but nothing we couldn't handle. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to a couple looking for somewhere to stay in Falmouth.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. Great location to stroll down to town and loads of nearby restaurants and bars. The room (5) and bathroom had a stunning view over the harbour. Room 5 was a family suite which would be brilliant for families.

the staff were excellent, very accomadating, especially as we arrived late after normal check in time. Easy access with key safes. Staff were very welcoming at Breakfast. Easy checkout. Welcome goodies in room were excellent. Breakfast was good, we all had the cooked breakfast which was lovely. 2 minute walk from the beach and the view is amazing! We had a very quick stay as we were down for a family funeral but I would definitely stay for longer. 😁😁

The deluxe room 2 was clean, spacious, toiletries included, a mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Plenty of hanging space. Location was brilliant … Falmouth and local transport 10 minutes walk away. Fully functioning huge communal kitchen, fridge and large dining table was an absolute Godsend. Located opposite a park which is beautiful. It does get busy and noisy with lots of family/children.

The room was amazing, very spacious for a family room with both a large shower and bath. The hotel is impeccable and yet still very child friendly. We loved the little touches, such as the small play room for the kids with just a few board games, drawing bits. The pool was lovely and the child swim times were great too. The garden bar is just beautiful and a tiny walk to the beach (down a steep slope, but up on the way back!) We loved our stay and will be booking again.

This was perfect for a few days away with the family, good location for the children opposite a park and great kitchen. Rooms were well equipped but beds just a bit soft for our preference. Only thing we would have added was perhaps a communal lounge/TV room so we could all sit comfortably together. Great communication though and pretty good value for money.

Our family of four had an amazing time at this hotel. We had so much space in our room with our own little patio and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Our four year old loved the bunk bed. The gardens were beautiful and the pool was fantastic. Staff so friendly and helpful. The beaches are stunning. quite a walk away with two small children but really quick in the car. We are already thinking about when we can come back!

Bright spacious and extremely clean family room, with lovely bathroom, great facilities including coffee machine. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty and a good variety, lovely lounge area. Staff went out of their way to help warm up our toddlers milk which was very helpful, very family friendly. Location was perfect, short walks to beach, castle and into town. Lots of parking on side roads. We would definitely return and are so happy we found this place on booking.com
