A beautifully presented home with everything you could possibly need for a holiday home and more! All the rooms were very spacious and we made use of both the breakfast bar and dining table for meals. The kitchen was fully kitted out with cooking utensils and crockery so we could easily make our own meals. The child of our party loved the attic space with a football table and games to play as well as a big screen TV for movie time. The house was well equipped for our dog, with a utility room and safety gates as well as an enclosed garden space. Location was great for exploring the lakes, we also loved Grange over Sands which was only down the road.

Bedrooms are good size. A very clean property, good value for money.. The hot tub was a great feature out on the verandah with stunning views. The games room under the property was a great treat and we spent many hours having fun with family, playing pool table tennis, darts etc.

We used it as a base while visiting for a family wedding. Some lovely little thoughtful extras from the owners made it more special, especially for the children. Breakfast was delicious, the extra care of putting some strawberries aside for me as I'm a fuss pot was so lovely! The room was spacious and the bed was so big and comfortable. If we are ever up North again we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Couldn't recommend the place higher! Like staying with family friends. Thank you for a relaxing, lovely stay.
