This was our 4th visit, which says it all !! Excellent location, fantastic views and beautifully decorated to the highest standard and immaculately clean inside. It has the added bonus of a parking. The new addition of a hot tub this year was the icing on the cake - absolutely perfect in every way ! Can’t wait to return.

The couple were very accommodating and very friendly. The breakfast was exceptional, we did not need anything else to eat all day after eating the breakfast. bed was very comfortable and the seating outside was a bonus. Plenty of parking spaces and very quiet surroundings.

The property was very quirky, it was very clean and kitchen really well equipped and the little goody bag was a great touch! I would stay again if I wasn’t going with kids. Childs cot was provided, all the beds were comfortable and clean. It has to be one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in, I’d return in a heart beat. Kitchen was kitted out with everything you need, even a kids high chair booster seat and dog bowls. Children’s toys were a pleasant surprise and made everything feel like home from home. The owner had set us up a baby bath and travel cot which was such a lovely touch. The only thing which is a little tricky is the steps with a buggy...it is do able but we used our carrier which was much easier! We had the best few days. So much to do in the area and surrounding area. We found a very nice chip shop for dinner. The beaches are lovely and family friendly.

The owners went that extra mile to make our stay family friendly! They set up a mobile cot all ready for our toddler and use of toddler books and toys, it was easy to entertain our toddler in the apartment. Will definitely consider staying again when we are visiting Lyme Regis
