We stayed in Room 3 for a couple of weeks on our first visit to Cornwall and it was exceptional! The Tregony was very clean, high quality comfortable beds, 2 large chairs to sit and watch the sea view and sunsets, many excellent breakfast choices (vegan/vegetarian choices) all well prepared each day. The hosts were very helpful and charming, providing us with restaurant ideas in other communities, and daily beaches and coastal walks to try. We were sorry to leave and will return to Tregony House as one of the best stays of our lives. Thank you Charlotte and Gavin!

Joby, was the one I connected with at this property. Weeks before my stay, he listed out a bunch of great food places I could try. I thought it was a nice touch and very thoughtful to reach out. My plane arrived late, so I ended up checking in later than expected. However he made that super easy. I even received a drink to settle in, which was delicious and very well put together. I also received complimentary croissants for breakfast, with a selection of beverages in and above the mini fridge. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Little Nook was amazing, it exceeded my expectations. Very family friendly, great location only a 2minute drive to the nearest beach. Facilities were great, also had a nice garden which i was not originally aware of when booking. Amazing value for money compared to other properties in the surrounding area.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean comfortable and the owner made you feel very welcome with some lovely touches. I was on easy walking distance of St Ives where my family were staying. Being able to park the car right next to the hut was brilliant

The silver 2 bed caravan was great. Had a good size decking area with wooden bench and table. The caravan was clean and modern. Even had a dishwasher! The entertainment complex was good and the children’s entertainment was enjoyed. Can’t comment on the acts as we never stayed that late. The swimming pool was dated and quite small but still ok and the kids enjoyed it. The grounds are in woodlands so no views as such but still nice.

The location was excellent. It really was 5 minutes away from the beach and the town. The bunk beds were ideal, even for teenagers. Two bathrooms was a plus for a family of four. There was a small yard outside the property to dry our swimming costumes and towels.

Joby is a fantastic host. Very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your time, and was so kind to our children. He even had welcome drinks and croissants on our departure date. He invited our kids to play on his family's personal trampoline, which was very nice. He also offered a lot of local suggestions, too, which makes the trip even better.

Beautiful views. Room was quiet and lovely and spacious. Dinner was really tasty, as was breakfast. Lots for children so very family friendly, our daughter enjoyed the play area, sand pit and running around the green areas. Pool was super warm (indoor that is, we didn’t brave outdoor).
