The room had a wonderful view of Corbiere, with a balcony ,and was clean, functional and everything we required. All the staff, are welcoming , friendly, helpful, and make a good team, of hosts, James and all work so hard. The food is always excellent. (I was actually here this time, for a family funeral, a perfect place to reflect on life. Though had been in previous week's with my partner, and the restaurant hosted 13 of my family for a reunion, and this time returned with my daughter and her bf, both trips staff , food and space excellent) The location was so convenient, with the bus stop reliable and right outside for the bus to S.Helier, and all stops in between or to St.Ouens, or airport. We really enjoyed our stay. Elizabeth and staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was spotlessly clean and suited our needs perfectly. We travelled with a 1 year old baby and it was so easy staying here. Great to have a little playroom in the building too. The best bit of the stay were the amazing views as the apartments are looking directly out onto the beach.

Everything, the location and venue is beautiful. The facilities are great, Elizabeth and her colleague were just wonderful, so kind, helpful and simply A star. We will definitely come back, this venue is perfect for kids with its very close proximity to the beach and its self contained play room full of toys. Thank you Elizabeth for all you did for us!

Anna was very helpful. In the booking, I indicated that there were two adults and one child of six but the reservation only captured two adults in the system. I was therefore assigned a room with only a double bed. Anna made a Herculean effort to give us a 'family room' on the eve of our departure for Jersey, finding us a room with one double bed and one single bed. The English breakfast was also absolutely scrumptious. The Cumberland sausage was cooked very well.

Hotel is fab. Great location etc. But when it’s hot it’s not fun. Some people had better fans than us but we didn’t want to take a good from from an elderly person or someone with very young kids so we put up with the most pointless fan ever. Great hotel but a week with no sleep due to the heat buggers your holiday. Especially with kids.
