Apart from the lovely surroundings of the apartment and the fact that it is very close to the beach what stands out is the obvious attention to details in the building and the room itself. The views from the room was breathtaking and the terrace absolutely perfect to sip your morning coffee. The rooms are fully equipped and with lovely details such as the lighting fixtures, wall design and small decorations that make the whole room feel more homely and not a generic hotel room. I was particularly impressed by the attention that was paid not only to the rooms but also the overall building - night time views even more so. You can expect great value for money here and enjoy your stay and the lovely aesthetic not only of Crete, but also the hotel itself.

One of the best places in Crete! Perfect energy, great see view, central - close to the city Agios Nikolaos, the beaches near the place are very nice with blue clear water, very friendly guys! We will be there again! Really a very charming place!!

A wonderful stay at the seaside. The hotel is located on the beachfront, with its own sandy beach. The breackfast is generous with a wide diversity to choose from. The hotel is located some 20 minutes walking distance from the center of the Agios Nikolaos.

The service was top notch. Everyone was helpful and answered any requests we had. We had half board and though previous comments said that the food was not good, I beg to differ. The breakfast was ample with lots of buffet options (hot and cold) as well as the menu (you could order omelets, and other items off the menu). Frappes and Fredo espressos were not problem. The setting at breakfast was beautiful overlooking the pool and ocean. One of the previous comments said that there weren't any Greek offerings at dinner. Being Greek-American, I thought the inclusive dinner options did a great job with an overall selection to appeal to everyone as well as classic Greek and Cretan options. Obviously, if one truly wants a true Cretan dining experience, then I recommend eating off property, but we ate both nights we stayed at the resort, and we all greatly enjoyed. I've been to many all-inclusive hotels in Mexico and the Caribbean and the food and drinks at this establishment were the best we've had. The hotel manager was always present, making rounds ensuring people were enjoying their stay. In fact, our son celebrated his birthday one night and the hotel staff provided a dairy-free cake (he's allergic to dairy) for his bday complete with candles! Lastly, the resort is beautifully and tastefully decorated. I greatly enjoyed walking around, taking in all the sights. The designers did an exceptional job making it feel very Greek island-esque with every nook and cranny having artwork or decorations.

Fabulous location, incredible view and spacious apartment fully stocked to cook and enjoy Ruth family. They have everything you need to make the stay cosy and fun, A/C in every room, huge bathroom and tub, big stocked kitchen, back balcony and gorgeous front terrace which is massive and with a gorgeous view! We sat out there and just watched the sunrise. It was spectacular! Karine the hostess is fantastique and helped us with everything and three kids loved the boss dog Pistache. We had a lot of fun at the pool and the beach next door is the cleanest and most family friendly in the area. Don’t bother going anywhere else, Voulisma was disgustingly dirty and crowded. Ammoudara beach was perfect, buy a drink the chairs are free! 3 days wasn’t long enough but these apartments are the best combination for a family vacation. MERCI!!!

I loved Maria & Costas! They are the best, they make sure you see and know everything about the city, opened the little church near the hotel just for me and even sang for me!! I just love them both, I’ve been traveling the entire world and never felt this energy! I totally recommend them, their hotel and I will definitely come back for a longer period! Forgot to add the wifi was great as well, I traveled for work and it was the best I’ve found on the island! ♥️
