The location was perfect, just right next to the castle gate and the center of the city. You can park also inside the castle which is very convenient. Finally, the building was much better than the pictures including the common areas and the beds were very comfy.

The Hotel is well located in the old town of the city. All things of interest are in walking distance, like the ferry boats leaving to the small island of the lake. Our room was comfortable, cozy and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, we haven't expected that one. We can strongly recommend to stay here overnight!

My stay here was perfect. Giannis and Maria are wonderful and kind hosts, they ensured we have the best stay possible, they welcomed us with a homemade tsoureki (sweet bread) and were always at our disposal for anything. There was a short water outage in the whole Ioannina for a few hours and they provided us with extra water for the night without us even asking. Also, the view from the house is amazing, we truly enjoyed it! Highly recommended to stay here if you are ever in Ioannina or Amfithea.
