First and foremost, the owner Zapantis, is incredibly nice and upon our arrival, came to meet us and help with our luggage and introduce us to Volos and our new home for the weekend. Upon entering, this place was so beautifully furnished and has been updated with all modern amenities. All of the rooms, including the front living area, step out onto very spacious balconies which face the bustling Center of the town and a beautiful church~it is a PERFECT place to have your morning coffee or your evening cocktail and just people watch. This apartment is centrally located and is within steps of all of the restaurants and shops~you cannot find a better location! Zapantis is such a gracious host and is so knowledgeable about everything Volos...he even gave us a departing gift of traditional Greek deserts! We give this place 5 ⭐'s!!!

The appartment is really large and comfortable. It even has its own parking place. Its in a more quiet area of Volos.

The apartment is bigger than we expect. It is in the perfect location is you use Volos as a transit location to the islands. We had some problems with parking on the street, but Afroditi immediately react and show us her private parking place. The apartment is very comfortable.
