This place was spotlessly clean, had a comfortable bed and a cute, serviceable mini kitchen. The highlight was the fabulous balcony. We were in room five, and there's plenty of room to have a cup of coffee at a table and lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. And this place comes with breakfast included, and the breakfast is very generous, and made to order! Plus the host is extremely kind!

Villa Borzic is a great place to spend a vacation! The host, Ivan was very friendly and helpful! Tasty wine for the guests and ice cream for the kids from Ivan at the start of our stay was very nice and gave us a feeling of home. In the apartment, you can find everything you need for cooking, but when we had any additional requests - Ivan always helped us with that. The balcony is big, and with an amazing sea view, we will miss our breakfasts and dinners there. The beach in Nemira is one the best we’ve ever been in Croatia- it is long and wide, which makes it not too crowded, and has a natural shadow from the trees. The small supermarket is 5 min from the apartments- it is very convenient. Villa Borzic is 100% recommended by our family for spending a vacation in Croatia! Živjela Hrvatska! Слава Україні!

The owners were amazing hosts, they always put in extra effort to make sure everything was perfect. Really a great place to stay and relax. You can request dinner most days when you go for breakfast, it was a mixed meat dinner done on the grill - it was an excellent value and a very tasty meal!

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, and it's in a very good location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. There is a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a place to sit and admire the sea. Surprisingly quiet for a building right on the road. Private parking with shaded area. Not far from the beach, rather empty. The stairs to the beach are not as bad as the descriptions suggest. Close to the shop. Don't be surprised, there is cash payment on site. I recommend this place

Beaches are amazing, with plenty of natural shade, immediately next to the hotel. Food was great too, enough choices, excellent value for money. We stayed at bungalow, furniture is a bit old fashioned, but everything was super clean, new and plenty of towels everyday, bed was new and really comfortable. A lot of happenings for kids (ie kids disco in the evening etc). All in all great, excellent value for money, we will come back next year for sure.MarijaCroatia

Everything you need for cooking is in the room. Upstairs in the village there is a small grocery store, there are also some cafes and a restaurant. The host family are very friendly and hardworking people. Everything was good for us.

Stanići is a nice small village, to get to the beach is 5 minutes walk down, to get back is up the hill and stairs, but nothing extreme. Even families with small children would be happy here. Beside the beach in Stainići are there many other beaches accessible by car within a few minutes. Omiš is 15 minutes by car, so very close as well.

They made us some cookies, and other welcoming things. Nice kid friendly beach with shadow under the trees is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Restaurants, groceries near the place. 4 separetly room and a huge living room + balcony, with super view of the sea give you the space for a relaxing holiday. Definately recomend.VeronikaHungary
