Everything about the hotel was great! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were well-designed. My friend and I were so tired, and the hotel felt like a sanctuary. We were only supposed to stay one night, but we decided to extend our stay in Agra by one more night just because the Trident felt so relaxing.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic and clean and Mr Devender could not have made us feel more welcome . He also did much more than expected by helping us with taxi driver who tried to charge too much and then helped us with arranging a taxi a few days later even though we had moved onto Jaipur. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty The place is really pretty and all the staff were so friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here

The location is really good as it is right on the main street leading up to the east gate of Taj Mahal, and the area is surprisingly less busy and load as the other parts surrounding the Taj. The staff are super friendly, very helpful and nice to talk to and it is acutually a homestay as you are staying above a family home, who are helping to cook breakfast and help you get around.
