It’s a very pretty place with so much shared space. Perfect to chill in the evening after a long hot day. The rooms are spacious and comfy. The owners are very kind and helpful. Other services are provided like tuktuks for a whole day etc. trsnsparent prices for everyone 💜

This is a large, modern family home which has been in-part given over for guests. The location is in a quiet side residential street and only a short drive from the city centre, shopping areas and attractions. We arrived late at night. The hotel arranged our pick-up on request and a member of staff was present to receive us on arrival and show us our room. The premises are exceptionally clean and well appointed. We met the owner the following day and he was the perfect host. We asked him to a arrange taxi to drive us around the following day. He made arrangements and an excellent driver was provided at very reasonable rates. Particular mention must be made of the staff at Dileep Kothi; they are young men from families who have worked for the owners for generations. They have been trained to work in this new role of hospitality, which they performed not just competently but faultlessly and with an air of enthusiasm. Highly recommended.

Owner was very friendly, helped me with both my tickets and arrange a taxi to the airport. Room is very spacious and clean. The area is really quiet yet it only takes a few minutes by tuktuk to get to the city center. I would definitly stay here again

We were traveling as a group of 7 - with our son, and both set of aged parents. Dera staff noted our request to give ground floor rooms to elderly parents. The property with big rooms, garden, terrace, common areas to hang out with family was perfect. Jaipur was cold but the thick walls of the house kept the rooms warm. Our Hostess Rekha was warm hospitable and suggested places to see in the city. She even helped us book leopard safari via her contacts last minute. The property has tie up with car agency which had good drivers and clean cars. The pets - the dog, rabbits, turtles, budgies - enthralled the whole family but the surprise visit of peahens in terrace was wonderful. It is truly a home stay where every corner of the house speaks of history of their family. The staff - the family who stays to manage the housekeeping and cooking are so hospitable, eager to help with all requests. Roopti, her daughter Preeti & her husband took extra effort to make us comfortable. The property serves amazing Indian breakfast and even lunch/ dinner on request and they customized spice levels on our request. We had a lovely stay at Dera and would recommend it highly.

The family is absolutely amazing, full of good vibes and positive energy! The room was super big, well equipped, with fan and AC. We had breakfast included which is big and delicious! They are also providing laundry service and homemade lunch and dinner, cooked by the amazing mama. We did 2 tours with Divyan, one of the family's members, the Jaipur night tour and Jaipur one day tour. It was just perfect, amazing hidden gems and a lot of fun! Really recommend!
