We had booked the apartment for 2 nights during our visit to Kumarakom for a medical conference. The apartment is located centrally and in close proximity to all major Kottayam spots. The hosts were very welcoming and their customer service was excellent. Rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and the stand out point was the outside courtyard. An ideal personal terrace. Seriously an excellent homestay experience. You're in gorgeous jungle farmland, with amazingly friendly and helpful hosts, and the rooms are very comfortable. I can't recommend enough. There is a pool, a river right outside with boats and kayaks in the right season. Birds and other friendly critters about. Remote enough but also food delivery is available and they cook amazing free breakfast everyday. Excellent dinners are provided daily if desired for a very reasonable price. You should stay here!

Neat, clean, spic and span flat. This flat is quite welcoming by above statement. Very close to Kottayam railway station its an ideal home stay for a big family. The balcony provides a pleasing panaromic view of the city. A self contained furnished flat gives you a feel of home away from home. Ideal location to access important places in Kottayam. The Property owner's personal visit to us made quite a difference.
