The vibe is so good there, super relaxed. You have several areas where you can chill, the receptionist is really welcoming and it seems like this place attracts super friendly people. It is close to the beach, and there is a friendly guy selling nice coconut water just in front. I even did not mind that there were no curtains!

Really nice location - very close to the beach and all restaurants, shops but at the same time on a quiet street. Staff very friendly and kind. The hotel owner is very hospitable and thoughtful.

Everything about Happy Buddha is amazing! Cannot recommend it enough. All the staff were so so friendly and helpful, it's in a perfect location and the rooms are amazing. The bathrooms and bedrooms are super clean. We stayed for quite a few nights and extended for an extra day we loved it so much! We've been in India for three months and this is one of the best places we have stayed.

Beyond amazing in every way - I have travelled the world and stayed at many many places - never have I experienced soooo much help - kindness - generosity - I had an emergency dental issue and the owner not only arranged an appointment on my day of arrival but personally drove me the three times I had to go. Plus to ATM and to a festival on my first night. The breakfast each morning is so generous and different each day morning and served on the upstairs deck with sea views and a lovely breeze. Even a small thing when a button came off and I asked for a sewing kit he took to his wife to do for me. I also used his recommendation for a driver from the airport as o arrived late at night and would again recommend this service / it might cost a little bit more but worth it. I used the same driver to take me to Munroe Island. The room was spacious - comfortable and modern quiet a/c and a fan, plus a kettle. The bathroom had all that was needed with hot water. There is also a kitchen downstairs with large fridge and microwave. The beach is a five minute walk away. I will never forget the hospitality and kindness making my first trip ever to India incredible. Thank you 🙏

Very nice stay. Everything was clean. Room was nice and roomy. Host was very helpful. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes away from beach and restaurants.

Beautiful homestay with a room in a hotel standard. Ended up staying for 3 nights.The place was sparkling clean, lovely garden for our one year old daughter to play at. If you stay downstairs you can even leave via your private balcony gate, so there's also lots of privacy. Greca and Suja were extra attentive, helped us book a train ticket, cooked amazing and interesting local breakfasts and entertained our baby girl. Great place!

what a beautiful little cocoon after weeks of traveling. exactly what I needed. in this place my body could finally completely relax. a little house perfectly clean and comfortable, a beautiful beach, really kind people and good food. the reception helped me to book a taxi for my next stop. they even asked the driver to wait with me at the bus station in the middle of the night so I wouldn’t be alone. I would have stayed longer if I could have. you will enjoy this place and you will recharge your batteries here.

The whole experience was really good. The owner and the staff was very friendly. We had a quite nice time in the villa. It was so very well maintained. Loved the ambience and the garden. The bread was so good. . But i think it is okay... overall the stay was really really good.
