These sweet and well-outfitted little rooms were a short walk from the train station. Elisa met us outside to guide us, which was lucky as Google was leading us astray! My hubby and I are very particular about beds and pillows and this place did not disappoint - the pillows on the bed and the spare pillows were cushy and supportive and the bed was very comfy! Right next to the building is a street full of restaurants and cafes. It's about a 15 minute walk down to the harbour and you'll pass tons of cute shops on the way. Highly recommend staying here!

This is the BEST apartment in La Spezia, I traveled from Dubai to there, with late arrival train. The owner contacted me in advance and confirmed he will pick me up in the train station. He waited me in the night and helped me with luggage without asking him for help. He briefed me how to go to Cinque Terre and nicely introduced the places to visit and what I need to prepare. Especially he mentioned 2 groceries nearby with opening hours which was super useful, I bought the food, milk I need. The apartment is very clean and nice, very safe for solo traveler. I didn’t expect they have kitchen and moka pot!! This made me to get fresh coffee during my stay. The owner speaks fluent English and he sent me to the main road when I left there. The owner and the apartment made me love La Spezia!

I liked everything. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the city center and 6 minutes to the train station from where you can get to the Cinque Terra (only 7 minutes by train). The apartment is large and contains everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a courtyard where we had a glass of wine after a long day of hiking and had breakfast in the morning. We are happy with our stay and would highly recommend this place to others.
